ICE’s President, Elizabeth Tigner, has a real estate broker’s license in Missouri and Illinois, in addition to a real estate CE instructor’s license in multiple states. Ms. Tigner also has the CDEI designation (Certified Distance Education Instructor) through ARELLO, and is a member of REEA as well as many state educator’s associations.
