ICE believes that people make a difference. Our LIVE Student Counselors understand the importance of compliance, customer service, and that your time is valuable.
Student Counselors can answer any questions regarding ordering and navigation through the website. For questions regarding state renewal requirements, please contact your state regulator (see below for state website & phone numbers).
ICE Student Counselors are available Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST. Our Customer Service holidays are New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day. ICE monitors Customer Service emails after hours and on weekends for emergency situations.
