Starting Tuesday April 30, 2024, ICE customers will transition to Empire Learning's platform. Our first goal is to ensure that ICE students have a smooth transition.

Important Dates
Tues, April 30, 2024 Go to Empire Learning for all course purchases. ICE students with current active courses complete those courses on the ICE website. Both ICE and Empire Learning Customer Service offices are open (see hours and contact information below). Fri, June 21, 2024 Final day for ICE students to complete current active courses on ICE website. After this day, all ICE students are officially transitioned over to Empire Learning website. Friday, June 28, 2024 Final day for ICE Customer Service Support After this day, all Customer Service will be officially transitioned to Empire Learning Customer Service. Enroll in courses today at www.empirelearning.com.
Do I need to register on Empire Learning’s website as a new student now? ICE and Empire Learning have made this easy for ICE students. All ICE customers who completed at least one course in the last five years are registered in the Empire Learning platform and you can login to order courses immediately.
Login with your email address from your ICE account. Your password is your license number in all CAPS. If your password does not match when you attempt to login, you can click to reset the password. If your email address is not recognized when you login, simply enroll when you are ready to purchase courses. This might have happened if you had multiple ICE accounts so no need to be concerned as enrolling when you purchase is easy at Empire Learning. I currently have active courses on ICE’s website that I need to complete. How long do I have to complete them? What happens if I don’t complete them before the deadline?
ICE students have through Friday, June 21st at midnight to complete all active courses on the My Courses page. We will be monitoring current users in their course completions and we will be reaching out to you in the next few weeks. If you require more time beyond June 21st, we will work with you to give you options given this inconvenience. If Empire Learning is offering courses in your state of licensure, you can select courses at Empire Learning’s website at no additional charge to complete to satisfy your continuing education hours.
What website will I be going to in the future when I need to order courses? Starting April 30, 2024, all course purchases can be made at Empire Learning, www.empirelearning.com. Through Friday, June 21st, the ICE website is available for all ICE students to either finish current active courses or to print certificates of completion. What other states is Empire Learning approved in to offer continuing education? Empire Learning is currently approved in the following states: Alabama, California, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington. Currently they are in the approval process in ARIZONA, VIRGINIA, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, and West Virginia.
Arizona and Virginia are the first priority so Empire Learning can service ICE customers in those states. We will have you covered! Can I still print my certificates from ICE’s website? Yes, you can login to your ICE account anytime until June 21st at midnight to print your certificates. After June 21st, Empire Learning will be your hub for everything iincluding your certificates for the last five years.
How do Empire Learning’s course package prices compare to ICE? Just like ICE, Empire Learning course packages are always a best value over purchasing individual courses. They offer seasonal sales and discounts throughout the year as well.
Will I still receive reminder emails and sale notifications from Empire Learning like I did from ICE? Yes, Empire Learning will be sending reminder emails and sale campaigns to ICE students beginning 6 months prior to your license expiration date. If you are an ICE customer, be on the lookout for an introduction email from Empire Learning ub the next few days.
