ICE Student Counselors are available Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST. Our Customer Service holidays are New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day. ICE monitors Customer Service emails after hours and on weekends for emergency situations.
