Real Estate Continuing Education DEADLINE - 15 hours by June 30th ANNUALLY
 
All residential licensees must complete the following course topics:
  •   Required Module 7/1/21-6/30/22 The History of Diversity in Home Ownership*
  •   Fair Housing Law every 2 years during your renewal cycle
  •   Agency Law every 2 years during your renewal cycle
*ICE currently does not offer the 2021/2022 Required Module

It is up to each licensee to ensure you are not purchasing or completing duplicate courses.
